The Tek-Know Solutions was created by T. L. Faniel.  Ms. Faniel is a native of New Jersey having grown up in Perth Amboy, NJ.  Her educational history includes graduation from Perth Amboy High School  with honors.  Following High School she obtained a degree in Fine Arts from Middlesex County College.  Later after having worked for several major Financial companies she turned her focus towards computers and obtained I.T diplomas as an I.T Support Professional and as a Network Administrator from The Chubb Institute of Technology. Determined to continue furthering her knowledge and experience she obtained a CompTIA Network+ certification while providing support for the state of New York.

 

Since buying her first computer in 1997, Tamika wished there was an easier way to get computer issues solved without calling toll free numbers or paying for high priced computer service at local outlets and across country. She decided to use her experience with computers from being an Industrial Engineer and knowledge from education to create a computer service company with a friendly title of Tek-Know Solutions for half the price.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications arose in creating documentation for major companies. In addition Ms. Faniel is continually the “go to” person for helping others get the most of their Windows systems.

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills are at the forefront of Tek-Know Solutions.
