The Tek-Know Solutions, LLC. will warranty any service we provide for a period of 30 days for a same problem recurrence. This warranty however does not include problems that arise from the installation of other software or hardware after the computer leaves our store. This warranty does not cover configuration changes made by the customer after the computer leaves our store or the reoccurrence of a virus/spyware program infection from surfing the internet.
 
Used/refurbished Items
Any used or refurbished item sold in our stores comes with a 30 day warranty. Warranty does not cover software applications or issues that may result from software/hardware the customer installs after the system leaves our store. Warranty does not cover any problems on the device prior to it leaving the store as all used/refurbished items will have a spec sheet that shows the problems with the device prior to purchase.
 

NEW ITEMS 

Any new Stock item sold by the Tek-Know Solutions, LLC. comes with a 30 day warranty through our store. We will accept this item for a like item exchange only of equal or lesser value. Special order items must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service. Warranty does not cover items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect. All items must be tested prior to warranty replacement.
